Tim McOsker is a member of the Los Angeles City Council representing District 15, having assumed office in December 2022. A lifelong resident of San Pedro, he previously served as Chief of Staff and Chief Deputy City Attorney for former Los Angeles Mayor James Hahn. Before joining the City Council, McOsker was the CEO of AltaSea, a non-profit advancing ocean sustainability at the Port of Los Angeles. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from UCLA.
