Tim Payne is an executive leader and strategist with a background in assisting public agencies and managing environmental remediation projects. He previously served three terms on the Gig Harbor City Council. Payne worked a union job in the maritime industry to pay for college and law school. He grew up on the working waterfront, as his father was a career executive with Crowley Maritime. He lives in Gig Harbor.
