Tim Hayes is a veteran of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, an environmental policy expert, and the President of the Dublin Borough Council. First elected to the council in 2019 at age 21, he became its president in 2024 and has focused on local economic development and infrastructure. Hayes also works as the State Policy Manager for an environmental advocacy group. He is running as a Democratic candidate for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in District 143.
