Timothy K. Gaspar is a candidate for Los Angeles City Council District 3. A lifelong resident of the West San Fernando Valley, he grew up in Canoga Park and earned a bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge. In 2008, Gaspar founded Gaspar Insurance, which he grew into a prominent independent insurance firm before selling the business in 2021. Active in his community, he has served on the boards of the Discovery Cube Los Angeles, the YMCA of Metro Los Angeles, and the Woodland Hills/Warner Center Chamber of Commerce.
