Timothy P. Kearney is an American politician and architect serving as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing the 26th District since 2019 [1.2]. Prior to his election to the State Senate, Kearney served as the Mayor of Swarthmore for two terms and spent 12 years on the borough's planning commission. An architect by profession, he received degrees from the Catholic University of America and the University of Pennsylvania.
