Tod Cloud is a retired Florida Highway Patrol trooper and a Republican candidate for the Florida House of Representatives, District 23, in the 2026 election. He previously ran for the District 23 seat in 2022, placing second in the Republican primary. Cloud filed to run again in the 2024 election but was disqualified prior to the primary due to an unnotarized candidate oath form. A resident of Homosassa in Citrus County, Florida, Cloud has also signed the U.S. Term Limits convention pledge.
