Todd Fowler

Todd Fowler is the current Mayor of Johnson City, Tennessee, and an active member of the Tennessee Republican Party, where he serves as a State Executive Committeeman. He has also been appointed to the National League of Cities' 2024 Human Development Federal Advocacy Committee.
