Todd Warner, a native of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, is a sixth-generation farmer and businessman. A graduate of Forrest High School, he has been married to Cindy for 30 years and is a father of three. He currently represents District 92 in the Tennessee House of Representatives, a position he has held since 2020. Warner has served as Deputy Republican Whip and champions small businesses, advocating against over-regulation. He is also a vocal proponent of term limits for Congress. He is seeking re-election to the Tennessee House of Representatives in the 2026 Republican primary, and is also running for U.S. House to represent Tennessee's 9th Congressional District.
