Tom Clarke is an attorney and the father of two sons attending Everett Public Schools. He is the son of a public school teacher and a military husband. He earned his GED while in a juvenile correctional facility and later graduated Cum Laude from Norfolk State University with a B.A. in Psychology before earning his J.D. from Regent University School of Law. His legal practice includes family law and probate litigation. He has volunteered with the Jackson Elementary PTA.
