Tom Gann is the incumbent Republican State Representative for Oklahoma's 8th House District, first elected in 2016. Born in Wagoner and raised in Tahlequah, he holds degrees in marketing and accounting and is a retired Airports Auditor. An active member of his Inola community, he and his wife support crisis pregnancy centers. Gann's policy positions focus on preserving the right to life, protecting self-defense rights, advocating for free-market competition over subsidies, and ensuring property tax relief while cutting government waste. He also works to improve county infrastructure and challenges high utility fuel charges. He is running for re-election in the 2026 Oklahoma Primary Election.
