Tom Kennedy is a candidate for the Republican Central Committee in Baltimore City's 11th Councilmanic District. A lawyer and retired U.S. Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, he has a background as a former high school teacher. His military career of over 24 years included roles as an enlisted Marine, Army Engineer, and Judge Advocate. Kennedy's educational credentials include a juris doctorate from Syracuse University and master's degrees in English Literature and Political Science. He has served as the Chairman of the Baltimore City Republican Party since January 2021 and was an alternate delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention.
