Tony Lane is the Socialist Workers Party's write-in candidate for governor of Pennsylvania in the 2026 general election. Originally from New Zealand, he has worked as a steelworker at Olympic Steel in Plymouth, and previously worked at Northwest Airlines in the 1990s, where he was a member of the International Association of Machinists union. A longtime Socialist Workers Party campaigner and contributor to The Militant, the party's socialist newsweekly, he has run for public office in Pennsylvania and Minnesota.
