Tosh Sharp is a journeyman lineman with IBEW and has been a union member for over 20 years. He also has experience as a small business owner. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Central Washington University by attending night school while working full-time. Before his election to the council, he chaired Tukwila's Community Oriented Policing Citizen's Advisory Board and the Civil Service Commission.
