Tracey Henderson is a District Court Judge for Judicial District 14, serving Cumberland County. She was appointed to the position by Governor Josh Stein in April 2025 to fill a vacancy. Henderson is a U.S. Army veteran and previously worked as a litigator with a focus on family and criminal law. She operated The Henderson Firm in Fayetteville, where her practice areas included family law, immigration, personal injury, traffic offenses, and estate planning. She has also served as an Appeals Hearing Officer for the city of Fayetteville and on the city's Ethics Commission. Henderson is the current President of the Cumberland County Bar Association.
