Tracy Banaszynski is the Chair of the Kenmore Planning Commission and Co-Executive Director of the Mid Sound Fisheries Enhancement Group. She holds a B.A. in psychology and sociology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Ph.D. in psychology from Yale University. She is the founder of the Sno-King Watershed Council's Swamp Creek Habitat Restoration Project and a founding member of the Northshore Social Justice Action Group and Kenmore for People-Oriented Places. She was recognized with a Super Eco-Creator Award by the City of Kenmore.
