Troy Serad

Troy Serad is a Transportation Civil Engineer for Pierce County's Safe Routes to School program. He is an Air Force veteran, honorably discharged with the rank of Staff Sergeant after eight years of service. He was raised in Port Orchard and South Hill and now lives in Tacoma's Eastside. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington. He has also served on the Tacoma Planning Commission and Tacoma Transportation Commission.
