Upton Fisher is a U.S. Navy veteran, social worker, and political candidate running for the Florida State House to represent District 62. A graduate of Florida A&M University with a bachelor's degree in social work, Fisher has served as a legislative aide to State Representative Michele Rayner. During his military service, he completed back-to-back deployments on the U.S.S. Boxer. Fisher is a resident of St. Petersburg and has focused his career on community advocacy and constituent services.
