Venola Mason, born in 1979 or 1980, is a Democratic American educator and politician currently serving as the incumbent Member of the Georgia House of Representatives for the 94th district. She earned a bachelor's degree from Colby College and a master's degree in education from Kennesaw State University. Her professional background includes founding AchieveIt Educational Services, working at the International Center for Leadership in Education, Teach For America, and as a teacher in Atlanta public schools. Mason was elected in an April 2026 special election to succeed Karen Bennett and is now running for re-election in the May 2026 Democratic primary.
