Veronica Paiz is a Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 10. Prior to her election to the state legislature, she served on the Harper Woods City Council. Paiz is a second-generation Latina and holds a BFA from Wayne State University and a Master's degree in studio arts from New York University. In the legislature, she has served as Minority Vice Chair of the House Agriculture Committee and is a member of the Latino Legislative Caucus.
