Victor Clark, Jr. is a Republican political activist based in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a candidate for the Republican Central Committee in Councilmanic District 9. Clark has been a long-standing figure in local party politics and previously served as Chair of the Baltimore City Republican Central Committee. Additionally, he was the Republican Party nominee for the Maryland State Senate to represent District 44 in the 2018 election. After advancing from the Republican primary, Clark was defeated in the general election by the Democratic incumbent.
