Victoria P Kornfield

Victoria P. Kornfield is a former Maine State Representative and a career educator. A Democrat from Bangor, she previously served in the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 125 from 2012 to 2020. During her tenure, she notably chaired the Education and Cultural Affairs Committee. Kornfield's professional background includes working as an English teacher in the Bangor School Department, holding a master's degree in teaching and an advanced certificate in educational administration from the University of Maine at Orono. After an unsuccessful primary bid for the Maine Senate in 2018, she is now running in the Democratic primary for Maine House of Representatives District 23 in 2026.
