Victoria Watlington

Dr. Victoria Watlington is an incumbent City Council member, first elected in 2019 to represent District 3 and now serving at-large. Born at Fort Bragg, she grew up in a military family. She earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and an MS in Engineering Management and a PhD in Infrastructure & Environmental Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Watlington is a licensed Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional with career experience at companies like Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company.
