Vince Fong is the U.S. Representative for California's 20th Congressional District, assuming office in June 2024. Born in Bakersfield, he earned a bachelor's degree from UCLA and an MPA from Princeton University. Fong previously represented the 32nd and 34th districts in the California State Assembly from 2016 to 2024. Before his election to the Assembly, he served as district director for Congressman Kevin McCarthy and as an aide to Congressman Bill Thomas.
