Vincent Panico grew up in Neshanic Station and attended Readington Township schools, graduating from Hunterdon Central High School. He earned an associate's degree in business administration from Raritan Valley Community College and a bachelor's degree from Rider University. He is also an MBA candidate at Auburn University. His professional career has been in the IT sector, including roles at AFScott and Comodo Cybersecurity. Panico was elected to the Readington Township Board of Education in 2012 and later to the Hunterdon Central Regional High School Board of Education in 2015, where he served as president. He is also a commercial hot air balloon pilot.
