Judge Wade Webb is seeking re-election in 2026 for the East Central Judicial District Judgeship No. 7 in North Dakota, covering Cass, Traill, and Steele Counties. Appointed in 2003 by Governor John Hoeven and first elected in 2006, he is North Dakota's longest-serving state judge. Webb holds degrees from Concordia College and the University of North Dakota School of Law. Prior to his judgeship, he served as a Minnesota District Court law clerk and an Assistant State’s Attorney in Cass County. He is actively involved in legal and community organizations, including the Cass County Bar Association and as a Distinguished Jurist in Residence at the UND School of Law.
