Webster Barnaby is a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 29, which includes parts of Volusia County. Born in Birmingham, England, Barnaby immigrated to the United States in 1991 and settled in Deltona, Florida. Before his election to the state legislature in 2020, he served on the Deltona City Council from 2012 to 2020 and worked as a district manager for National Write Your Congressman. Barnaby assumed office for District 29 in 2022.
