Wendy Ragusa is the incumbent for Director District 4 and the current Vice President of the board, having first been appointed in 2017. She works as the Development Coordinator for the Skagit Valley Hospital Foundation. Ragusa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Lewis & Clark College. A graduate of Mount Vernon High School, she has been active on the Mount Vernon Public Schools Foundation since 2008 and various parent committees. She and her husband have two children who both graduated from Mount Vernon High School.
