William "Bill" Criswell is a co-owner of Eagle Building Company, a family-run general contracting firm on Whidbey Island. He has a background as a contractor in California. In 1990, he founded Impact Teams International, a non-profit organization that provided international humanitarian aid, including shelter, food, and healthcare, to various nations. He joined his son at Eagle Building Company in 2007. He currently serves as a commissioner for the Holmes Harbor Sewer District.
