William F. Rowel is a Democratic candidate for the Democratic Central Committee in Maryland's Legislative District 30. An active community leader based in Anne Arundel County, Rowel has served as a Senior Advisor to the Mayor of Annapolis and the Director of Public Engagement and Community Relations. Within city government, he has also worked as the Bike, Pedestrian, and Micro-mobility Coordinator for the Annapolis Department of Transportation, promoting accessible infrastructure. A dedicated political strategist, Rowel helped launch the "OneAnnapolis" initiative to bridge cultural disparities. He also proudly serves on the governing board of the New Village Academy.
