William "Bill" Jenkin is a former state representative who served two terms in the Washington state Legislature for the 16th District. A resident of Prosser for nearly 20 years, he has a background in community leadership, having served as school board president, chamber of commerce president, and rotary district governor. Jenkin is the owner of a local winery and is a real estate investor. He earned a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Redlands.
