William L. Paige, Jr. was appointed to the City Council in April 2025 to fill a vacated seat. A resident of Mountlake Terrace for over five years, he has been active in the community, serving on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commission since 2020. He is a retired UPS manager of 35 years and is currently employed by the Shoreline School District. Paige holds a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communications from Bridgewater State College. He has volunteered at numerous city events, including National Night Out and the Tour De Terrace Parade.
