Xavier A. Rahim

Xavier A. Rahim is running as a non-partisan candidate for the Board of Education in District 1 in Maryland. An Easton resident, Rahim graduated from Easton High School in 2017, where he was a member of the varsity boys' soccer team. He currently works as the Youth Workforce Development Program Coordinator for Building African American Minds (BAAM), an Easton-based non-profit organization. Drawing on his personal experience with the program, Rahim mentors students, provides homework assistance, and manages extracurricular activities. In 2025, he and his BAAM colleagues were honored at the Rural Maryland Council's Rural Impact Awards.
