Dr. Xavier J. Monroe is a candidate for Florida House of Representatives District 21. Monroe works as a Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the National Science Foundation. He has also served as a Title I Intervention Teacher and on the Alachua County Library District Board of Trustees.
