Zev Rose Cook

Zev Cook is a community organizer and activist. She co-founded the tenants' rights group Tacoma for All and served as the field manager for the successful Tenant Bill of Rights campaign in 2023. Motivated by her Jewish values, she also co-founded Serve the People Tacoma in 2021, an organization that provides meals and supplies to the homeless. Cook has professional experience as a shelter manager and case worker. She was the co-chair of the Tacoma chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America in 2024 and has been a member of the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 367.
