Energy and Water

Nokovich says a central goal of his campaign is decentralizing Florida's electricity system, introducing competition aimed at utilities such as Florida Power & Light in order to lower residents' bills. His longer-term goal is helping residents move off the grid entirely through personal power generation.

He also lists access to pure water, through wells and personal utilities, as a top near-term priority of his administration.

Healthcare

Nokovich has proposed a statewide healthcare plan that he says would cost residents $100 a month, structured as a people-owned insurance cooperative that would be state-regulated and citizen-audited. As part of that plan, he has proposed moving hospitals onto First Nations land, which he says would place them outside the reach of corporate and pharmaceutical industry control.

He describes his broader vision as one of "total health" — encompassing physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, and family wellbeing — and says he wants to remove big pharmaceutical and corporate ownership from hospitals in favor of smaller, community-based care, including modular clinics and a return to house-call medicine.

Nokovich has said his focus on healthcare is personal. His son suffered a skull fracture and bacterial meningitis at 18 months old, spent six months hospitalized, and now lives with a disability as a result. Nokovich has also said he lost his father to what he believes was over-treatment in oncology driven by financial incentives, rather than his father's underlying condition.

Faith as a Governing Principle

Faith is central to how Nokovich frames his campaign, starting with its slogan, which pairs returning political power to Florida residents with what he describes as returning the state to God.

That framing carries into his policy agenda directly. He describes his healthcare vision in particular as one of "total health," a concept he defines as encompassing not just physical wellbeing but mental, emotional, financial, family, and spiritual health together. In his platform, spiritual wellbeing is treated as a policy dimension on par with access to care itself, rather than a separate or private matter.

Asked for his funniest memory, Nokovich described a family Bible reading where his four-year-old son Gabriel, trying his best to keep up as the verse numbers were called out, suddenly blurted out "15" completely out of sequence, earning laughs from the rest of the family for his earnest, if mistimed, attempt to participate.
