Aaron Hinnah

Aaron Hinnah is a lifelong Iowan, farmer, educator, and small business owner seeking election as a Republican for Iowa House District 88, representing Mahaska, Keokuk, and Jefferson counties. He is a professor of sport management at William Penn University and serves as an at-large member of the Oskaloosa Community School District school board. Previously, he helped establish the federally funded Teacher and Paraeducator Registered Apprenticeship grant program. Hinnah states his decision to run stems from a love for his family, schools, farmers, small businesses, and the communities that shaped him, aiming to serve rather than seek power. He pledges to prioritize people over politics, focus on solutions, and represent common problems he has lived.
