Alix Christopher Toulme Jr. is a U.S. Navy veteran and frequent political candidate who is running for the U.S. Senate to represent Florida. Born in New York and raised in Tampa, he served in the Navy from 2006 to 2010. Toulme earned a bachelor's degree in political science from St. John's University in 2012 and a master's degree in ethical leadership from King's College London in 2015. He has previously sought election to the U.S. House of Representatives and the presidency.
