Allen Buckley

Allen Buckley is a Georgia attorney and Certified Public Accountant with approximately 40 years of experience in tax, employee benefits, estate planning, and related business law and litigation. Admitted to the Georgia bar in 1985, he has been AV Martindale-Hubbell rated since 1996 and was previously a partner at Troutman Sanders LLP and Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Kent State University (1982), a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law (1985), and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida (1989). A Libertarian, he previously ran for the U.S. Senate from Georgia in 2004, 2008, and 2016. He is married with two daughters and has resided in Smyrna, Georgia, since 1991.
