Elbert Arthur Bartell

Elbert Arthur "Al" Bartell is an independent candidate for U.S. Senate in Georgia. Born in Hagerstown, Maryland, he served in the U.S. Air Force from 1973 to 1980. He earned a high school diploma from Hannah Pamplico High School and a bachelor's degree from Saint Leo University in 1984. A policy analyst and Vietnam-era Air Force veteran, he has worked more than thirty years as a public policy leader, is a certified mediator, and chairs the World Human Rights Network. He previously ran for U.S. Senate in 2020 and for Governor of Georgia in 2022.
