Allison Caroline Layton

Allison Caroline Layton is an attorney who focuses her practice primarily on family law in Randolph, Guilford, and Davidson Counties. She was raised in Franklinville, Randolph County. Layton earned dual Associate's degrees in Arts and Science from Randolph Early College High School before attending High Point University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. During law school, she worked in family law firms and interned with the Domestic Violence Unit of Legal Aid North Carolina. She is certified as a Guardian Ad Litem for high-conflict custody cases. Layton serves as General Counsel for The Republican Party of Randolph County and for the NCGOP 9th Congressional District.
