Allison Westfahl Kong is a candidate for Judge of the Superior Court, Office No. 41 in Los Angeles County, California — 2026 Primary Election. Running as Non-Partisan (Registered Democrat).

Allison Westfahl Kong was appointed to the Los Angeles County Superior Court by Governor Gavin Newsom in May 2024. Prior to her appointment, she served as the Chief of Ethics and Post-Conviction Review at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California starting in 2023, and was an Assistant U.S. Attorney from 2012. From 2016 to 2017, she was a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice's Fraud Section. After law school, she served as a law clerk for Judge Robert A. Katzmann at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (2011-2012) and for Judge Jed S. Rakoff at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (2010-2011). Kong earned her Juris Doctor degree from the New York University School of Law in 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and history from Claremont McKenna College in 2007.
