Alva Lambert

Alva Lambert, a Republican, is running for Alabama House District 74. A Dothan native, he holds degrees from the University of Alabama, Auburn University at Montgomery, and Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law. His extensive career includes service in the State House, Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, Governor's Office, and 21 years as Executive Director of the State Health Planning and Development Agency. Currently an attorney in private practice and Deputy Director of the Alabama Medical Cannabis Association, he also serves on the Alabama Military Support Foundation board. Lambert advocates for growing Montgomery's economy, supporting Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base, and championing public safety through conservative leadership. He has also pledged support for congressional term limits. He seeks to provide steady, conservative leadership for District 74.
