Alvin Stewart serves as the Chair of the Charles County Democratic Central Committee, a position he was elected to by its members. First elected to the committee in the 2018 primary, he is a local small business owner of Patrell Cleaning Solutions, LLC, and also a manager at Starbucks. His community involvement includes being president of Rebuilding Together, Charles County, and membership in several local Democratic clubs and the NAACP. He is a board member of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce and co-founder of the nonprofit Reach One Touch One, Inc. Stewart resides in Waldorf with his wife, County Commissioner Amanda Stewart, and their son.
