Amanda Jozkowski

Amanda Jozkowski is a candidate for the Democratic Central Committee in Carroll County, Maryland. A resident of Eldersburg and a parent of three, she is an associate professor at Towson University and a pediatric occupational therapist. Dr. Jozkowski has a history of community involvement, including serving on the CCPS Family Life Advisory Committee and the board of Action for Kindness. She previously ran for the Carroll County Board of Education in 2022. Her campaign focuses on supporting students and educators, drawing from her experience in education and healthcare to inform her policy positions. She is a strong advocate against book banning.
