Amy R. Dodson

Amy R. Dodson is a non-partisan member of the Talbot County Board of Education in Maryland, representing District 3. She was elected to the position in the November 2022 general election after defeating Donna Nizolek, and she currently serves as the board's Vice President with a term ending in 2026. Originally from North Carolina, Dodson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Chowan University and works as a National Sales Director in the safety industry. She has lived in Maryland since 1998 and resides in Easton with her husband, an educator, and their three sons. An active community member, she is also involved in Down syndrome advocacy.
