Andrew Jonathan Hayes was born in Charleston, SC, and was raised in Bolivia, NC. He is a graduate of Wilmington Christian Academy. He attended Methodist College and later transferred to Dowling College on a golf scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. After a period as a teaching golf professional, he became a pastor and co-founded Living Water International, Inc.
