Andy Fugate

Andy Fugate serves as an incumbent Democratic State Representative for Oklahoma's 94th District, a position he has held since 2018. He is also the Minority Floor Leader, assuming this role in January 2021. Fugate champions criminal justice reform, advocating against private prisons and high incarceration rates. He supports quality public education for all Oklahomans and respect for teachers. His legislative priorities include government reform to ensure fairness for all over special interests, and improving social services for disadvantaged and special needs citizens. He co-authored a resolution recognizing Asian American Pacific Islander Month in May 2026.
