Braxton Banks

Braxton Banks is a Democratic candidate running for Oklahoma House District 85, representing The Village, Nichols Hills, and parts of Oklahoma City. A proud Oklahoman since the age of four, he grew up in Edmond. Banks began his career as a hairstylist in The Village in 2007, a pursuit that evolved into a passion for connecting with people. Through conversations with clients, he gained a deep understanding of issues affecting everyday Oklahomans, such as rising costs, healthcare, education, and the need for stronger communities. He holds an associate degree from Oklahoma City Community College and master barber and cosmetology instructor licenses. Banks is committed to building a better Oklahoma.
