She is the Senior Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Athene. Previously, Jackson was an adjunct professor at DMACC's West Des Moines campus and served for nearly a decade on the Iowa Civil Rights Commission, including multiple terms as chair. She is also the owner of the Great Frame-Up in West Des Moines. As a foster parent, she has been a resource for children and has supported youth through various community and civic sponsorships.
