Ann Guthrie Hingston

Ann Guthrie Hingston is a Republican candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates in Legislative District 16. Her career includes extensive public service at both the state and federal levels, where she was a member of the Senior Executive Service and served as a White House staffer. Hingston also directed a national educational program for at-risk youth in public school districts across the United States. She holds a degree in public administration from Georgetown University. Her interest in good governance is demonstrated by her active role in two County ballot referendum campaigns. Hingston is a candidate in the Republican primary scheduled to take place on June 23, 2026.
